These seven stone beauties, built for you, are situated in the lots which size from 700 – 1200 square meters. To ensure your privacy and enable you to relax and enjoy yourself in a peaceful corner of your garden, the lots are surrounded by dry stone walls and green garden fences. In the morning, step out onto your mansard terrace and enjoy the beginning of a new day. Take a walk around the house whose facade is lined with natural stone slabs. Relax- take a swim in your pool or use the barbecue on the ground floor terrace to prepare one of your favourite dishes. During your leisure time you can play five-a-side soccer, tennis, basketball, handball, volleyball or badminton on a recreation ground inside the settlement. Spend your evening over a drink, watching one of many antenna or satellite television programmes in your sitting room, enjoying a vintage Istrian wine in front of a quiet fire.
